SALES PROCEDURE


Buying property in the deed office:

  • Obtain a copy of the title deed of the property you will buy. With the photocopy of the title deed in your hand, check whether there is a real estate tax from the real estate department of the municipality to which the real estate is connected.

  • If the real estate you are going to buy is a plot, ask to determine the boundaries of the place with the corner piles.

  • Get the zoning information of the property. see whether the number in the deed of land corresponds with the number of the independent section in the approved project of the building's municipal zoning office.

  • If the real estate is a building, check whether it is resident and TCIP.

  • Obtain the necessary documents for title deeds.

Documents required for the seller;

  • Tapu original or photocopy,

  • Copy of the identity card or passport and the Certificate of Representation, address, telephone will be written and signed.

  • 1 photo.

Documents required for the buyer;

  • Photocopy of identity card, address, telephone number and signed;

  • DASK

  • 2 photos.

Step-by-step purchase of real estate;

  • If online application has not been received online, please take the serial number and the Turkish Republic ID number.

  • When it is your turn, go to the pre-application room.

  • When it is your turn, go to the pre-application room.

  • If your pre-application documents are complete, keep the application request document that will be given to you after acceptance, until the process is completed.

  • Please note the application number in the upper right corner of the application request document. You can follow every step of your transaction with this number.

  • Information messages will be sent to your mobile phone after the necessary inspections.

  • You must go to the relevant bank branch after the message arrives and deposit the deed fees with the number in the application request document given to you, and be present at the deed with the original originals and deed fee notes at least 15 minutes before the appointment time specified in the message.

  • You will be invited to sign the application at the time of the appointment with the application number after you give the deed receipts to the relevant officer.

  • There is a monitor in each corridor and when you see the application number given to you on the monitor and the application number is announced by voice, you will be called to the Contracting Chamber for signature.

  • After reminding your civil servant rights and transactions in the Contracting Chamber, the title deed records are signed. After the title deed is prepared and signed by the officer, the title deed is given to you.
